Type of Construction Machinery Wheel Spoke

      Classified by the cross-sectional profile of the spoke, it can be divided into the following types: flat spoke, curved spoke, and scalloped spoke.

• Flat spoke: The cross-section is flat. The pitch circle of the threaded holes and the spoke at the welding joint of the rim base are coplanar (lie in the same plane).

• Curved spoke: The cross-section is curved. The pitch circle of the threaded holes and the spoke at the welding joint of the rim base are not coplanar.

• 

• Scalloped spoke: This is a special type of flat spoke. Instead of having regular circular inner holes, the spoke features a concave-convex wavy shape. The threaded holes are exactly located at the protruding parts (peaks) of the wavy shape.
